Mobile – Annotations

In this section, you will learn the content of the annotations field.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be shown. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After clicking, the tools section will be displayed. Initially, in “Annotations” field, there is no annotation selected. You can select an annotation and start to make the measure.

Step 2: After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed.

You will see the annotations field on the upper side of the tools section.

This field includes ruler, angle, elliptical ROI, cross ruler, cobb-angle, arrow, clear and clear all icons respectively. Related links are below the page.

Mobile – Using Distance Tool

In this article, you will learn how to use distance tool.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be shown. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed. In “Annotations” field, click on “Ruler” icon on the upper left side of the section.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Click on the starting point of the distance you want to measure and then click on the end point. The first point will appear in blue color. When you click on the end point, the distance will be shown in yellow. You will see the distance value next to the end point which is the actual value of the measured distance.

If you need to measure another distance, click on start and end points of new measurement.

Step 4: In order to move the line, click again to ruler icon to exit from the function, click on the point in the middle of the line and drag it to the direction you want.

Step 4: In this way, you can measure any distance on the view with its actual value.

Mobile – Using ROI (Region of Interest) Tool

In this section, you will learn how to use elliptical ROI (Region of Interest) tool.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be displayed. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be opened. In “Annotations” field, click on “Elliptical ROI” icon on the upper side of the section.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Click on the starting point of the ROI you want to select and click again to the end point. Until your second click, the ROI will appear in blue color. After you click on the end point, the elliptical region of interest will be displayed in yellow. You will see the mean, maximum and minimum measurements next to the end point.

If you need, you can create and measure as much ROI as you want on the view.

Step 4: In order to move the ROI, click again to ROI icon to exit from the function, click on the point in the middle of the ROI and drag it to the direction you want.

Mobile – Using Angle Tool

In this section, you will learn how to use angle tool.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be shown. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed. In “Annotations” field, click on “Angle” icon on the upper side of the section.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Click on the starting point of the angle you want to measure, click again to determine the vertex and click to the end point of the angle. Until your third click, the lines will appear in blue color. After you click on the end point, the lines will turn into yellow. You will see the angle value next to the end point which is the actual value of the measured angle.

If you need to measure another angle click on start, vertex and end points of new measurement.

Step 4: In order to move the angle, click again to angle icon to exit from the function, click on the point in the middle of the angle and drag it to the direction you want.

Mobile – Using Cobb-Angle Tool

In this section, you will learn how to use cobb-angle tool.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be shown. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed. In “Annotations” field, click on “Cobb-Angle” icon on the upper side of the section.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Draw the first line by clicking on the starting point, moving to the end point and click again.Then similarly draw the second line of the cobb-angle you want to measure. Until you click on the fourth point, the lines will appear in blue color. After you click on the end point of the second line, the lines will turn into yellow. You will see the angle value next to the end point of the second line which is the actual value of the measured angle.

If you need to measure another cobb-angle, draw two new lines for the new measurement.

Step 4: In order to move the angle, click again to cobb-angle icon to exit from the function, click on the point in the middle of the cobb-angle and drag it to the direction you want.

Mobile – Using Arrow Tool

In this section, you will learn how to use arrow tool.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be displayed. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed. In “Annotations” field, click on “Arrow” icon on the upper side of the section.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Click on the point you want to enter a description on the view. After clicking, an input box will be opened. Enter your description in the relevant blank and click on “OK” button. If you want to exit from the input box, click on “Cancel” button.

Step 4: Once you have click on “OK” button, your description will be shown on the view.

If you need to enter another description, click on the view and follow the same steps.

Step 5: In order to move the description, click again to arrow icon to exit from the function, click on the arrowhead and drag it to the direction you want.

Mobile – Using Cross-Ruler Tool

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be displayed. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be shown. In “Annotations” field, click on “Cross Ruler” icon on the upper side of the field.

Step 3: When you click on the icon, it will turn into blue color. Draw the first line by clicking on the starting point, moving to the end point and click again.Then similarly draw the second line by crossing the first line. Until you click on the fourth point, the lines will be shown in blue color. After you click on the end point of the second line, the lines will turn into yellow. You will see the distances of both lines with a cross between them next to the end point of the second line. These are the actual values of the measured distances.

If you need to measure another cross region, draw two new lines for the new measurement.

Step 4: In order to move the cross region, click again to cross angle icon to exit from the function, click on the point in the middle of the cross and drag it to the direction you want.

Mobile – Clearing Annotations

In this section, you will learn how to clear annotations.

Step 1: On patient order page, all patient orders at your account will be shown. Click on the order you want to view the images. “View” page will be opened. Click on “Tools” icon on the lower side of the page.

After you have clicked, tools section will be displayed.

Step 2: In order to delete annotations you have made on a single image, click on “Clear” icon in “Annotations” field on the upper side of the tools section. When you clicked the icon, only the annotations in the current image will be cleared. If you have annotations at other images in the series, they will not be cleared.

Step 3: For clearing annotations you have made in all images in the series, click on “Clear All” icon in “Annotations” field on the upper side of the page.

Step 4: In this way you can clear the annotations on a single image or all the images in the same series.
