Mobile – Navigating Folders and Viewing Images and Documents

In this section, you will learn how to navigate folders and view images and documents.

Step 1: On “Folders” page, all folders and their content are shown.

Step 2: In order to open a folder, double-click on it. When the folder is opened, sub folders and patient studies will be displayed. Next screenshot is taken when “Demo Folder” is opened.

Step 3: The header of the page allows you to navigate from the parent folder to the sub-folders.

Step 4: If you double-click on a patient study, all images and documents in it will be displayed.

Mobile – Creating Folders

In this article, you will learn how to add folders.

Step 1: On “Folders” section, you will see three sample folders which are Consulting Patients, Teaching Files and To Be Reported. In order to add a new folder, click on “Create New Folder” icon at the upper right side of the page.

Step 2: Enter folder name and folder description in “Create New Folder” form then click on “Create” button.

Step 3: After clicking “Create” button, the folder you created will appear on Folders page.

Step 4: Folders can contain other folders. First, navigate to folder where sub folder will be created. Sub folders and Patient Studies will be shown if there is any. Then, click “Create New Folder” icon at the upper right side of the page.

Step 5: “Create New Folder” form will be shown. Enter a folder name and folder description and then click on “Create” button.

Step 6: Created folder will be displayed in the parent folder.

By using these steps you can add as many folders as you want.

Mobile – Editing Folder Properties

In this article, you will learn how to edit folder properties. For more information about folders read articles at here.

Step 1: On “Folders” section, all of the folders and their contents are displayed.

Step 2: Click on the folder you want to edit properties. After you have clicked, the selected folder will turn into blue colour and folder editing icons will appear. If you click again, the folder will be deselected.

Step 3: After selecting the folder, click on “Edit Folder” icon to edit folder properties.

Step 4: Once you have clicked on the icon, you will see the properties of the selected folder namely Folder Name and Folder Description. You can edit these properties by writing in related fields. After editing, click on “Save” button to save the changes.

Step 5: After saving, the folder with edited properties will be displayed on Folders page.

Mobile – Viewing Folder Properties

In this section, you will learn how to view folder properties.

Step 1: On “Folders” section, all of the folders and their contents are displayed.

Step 2: Click on the folder you want to view properties. After you have clicked, the selected folder will turn into blue color and folder editing icons will appear. If you click again, the folder will be deselected.

Step 3: Once you have selected the folder, click on “Folder Properties” icon.

Step 4: After clicking the icon, you will see properties of the selected folder. If you want to delete sharing information of the folder, click on “Delete” icon on the right side of it. You can click on “OK” button to close the form.

Mobile – Moving Folders to Recycle Bin

In this article, you will learn how to move folders to recycle bin.

Step 1: On “Folders” page, all folders and their contents are shown.

Step 2: Click on the folder you want to move to recycle bin. After you have clicked, the selected folder will turn into blue color and folder editing icons will appear. If you click again, the folder will be deselected.

Step 3: Once you have selected the folder, click on “Move Folder to Recycle Bin” icon on the right side of it.

Step 4: After clicking on the icon, a Message Box will be shown to confirm you to move selected folder to Recycle Bin. Click on “Yes” to confirm that you want to move the folder to recycle bin. If you don’t want to move the folder to recycle bin, click on “No”.

Step 5: Once you have clicked to “Yes”, selected folder will be moved to recycle bin and the remaining folders will be shown.

Mobile – Adding Patient Orders to Folders

In this section, you will learn how to add patient orders to folders. For more information about folders read articles at here.

Step 1: On patient search page, you will see all patient studies at your account . In order to view editing options, tap on the study and slide to the left. You will see 4 icons namely as display image, add document, select folder and delete respectively. For adding patient orders to folders, click on select folder icon.

Step 2: After clicking, “Add to Folder” form will be shown and all of the folders and their contents will be displayed. Click on the folder that you want to add the order. The selected folder will turn into blue color and if you click on again it will be deselected. After you have selected the destination folder, click on “OK” bottom to complete folder selection process.

Step 4: After clicking “OK”, the patient order will be added to the destination folder. On “Folders” page, you will see that the number of orders of the folder increases by one.

Step 5: When you open the destination folder by double-clicking on it, the patient order you added will be shown in the folder.

Mobile – Sharing Folders

In the next paragraphs you will learn how to share folders.

Step 1: On “Folders” section, all of the folders and their contents are displayed.

Step 2: Click on the folder you want to share. After you have clicked, the selected folder will turn into blue color and folder editing icons will appear. If you click again, the folder will be deselected.

Step 3: After selecting the folder, click on “Share Folder” icon.

Step 4: Once you have clicked on the icon, you will see Share Folder form with e-mail, password, name, description and expire date fields. It is compulsory to fill the receivers e-mail and the password to be used to view shared contents. Each folder can be shared more than once and each share can have different passwords. Make sure that you use a strong password. Write a sharing name and description for the folder and then set an expire day for sharing. Shared user will not be able to see the contents of the shared folder after expire date. When all of the values are entered click on “Save” button. Shared folder link and password will be sent to entered e-mail address.

Step 5: If you want to see and/or change folder share, click on folder to select it. Then, click on “Folder Properties” icon to view folder properties.

Step 6: After clicking the icon, you will see properties of the selected folder. If you want to delete sharing information of the folder, click on “Delete” icon on the right side of it. You can click on “OK” button to close the form.
